#869 Menus too dark to see

When configuring the windows to operate at 'adjust to best performance' visual set, the menus are colored in dark blue and can't be seen with the black text.
I'm using Windows7 and Geany 1.22

    Geany just follows whatever the theme tells it, if the theme says dark blue background and black text thats what you will get.

    All other windows applications using the same theme look Ok

    Standard Windows apps use white foreground on dark background selection which seems to be a helpful feature.

    I've checked this behavior with GIMP for Windows, the same issue is there as in Geany.

    This is not a Geany but a GTK issue in my opinion.

    Most likely it is.. GTK on windows is sometimes a beast.
