It's impossible to enter unicode chars like an n-dash or an m-dash: neither via ALT+<code> nor via CTRL+SHIFT+U+<code>.
This is newly broken in 0.13 (windows) and wasn't broken in 0.12svn.
Also chars like the m-dash and n-dash are shown as unknown character symbol.
Font used is Bitstream Vera Sans Mono which definitely has those characters.
