#1100 txt2tags syntax coloration is missing some tags

Hi,

First, thanks for this really great software.

I just install it on Debian Jessie to write txt2tags files, but the syntax coloration is missing three rules:

Maybe this is linked to http://sourceforge.net/p/geany/bugs/868/.

Also, but this might go in another bug report (feel free to tell me), the first level titles are only colorized on the left "+", contrary to second and third level titles that are colorized on all the line (see the rule at http://txt2tags.org/userguide/TitleNumberedTitle.html#6_2).
