#1089 Tab Height (Vertical) Crash

This is related to bug/ticket #1078 (I couldn't edit it/close it)

When using tabs on the side of the screen, if the height of the window is too small for all of the tabs, the program then crashes.

No scrollbar is shown for the tabs, it squishes the last tab's background, once the background of that one tab is fully squished, it then crashes.

Settings is found at:
Interface -> Notebook tabs -> Tab positions -> Editor (ie tab_pos_editor)
