#1080 Bugs report: In Geany editor area, the input method's position is wrong.

Bugs report: Geany 1.23/1.24 on Ubuntu 14.04
In Geany editor area, the Fcitx input method's position is wrong.
The correct position should be in the cursor below like mousepad.
