#1060 Long commands on bottom line of terminal cannot be fully viewed

When my shell prompt is on the bottom line of the terminal and I call up a line from the history (e.g. by pressing Up) which is too long to fit on one line of the window, the prompt does not automatically move up to show the rest of the line. Also, the scrollbar does not change, so I can't see the line at all. There is a workaround, which is to resize the message area.

Other than Geany 1.24.1, I am using all the standard versions of libraries in Ubuntu Trusty 14.04.

    Works for me, using either libvte 0.28.2 or 0.36.3 with a Bash shell.

    Sorry, it looks like a Heisenbug: when I try to reproduce it, the window scrolls up as I'd expect.
