#1028 Shift-Escape shortcut is displayed as Shift_L

Shift-Escape shortcut is displayed as Shift_L
And there's no way to set Escape as shortcut, it seems.

Oops, one can't set Shift-Escape either, Shift_L of course means Left Shift.

This is not a bug, escape (even with a modifier) cannot be used as a keybinding.

    However this should be documented.

Why can't Escape be used? I like Escape.

BTW, Ctrl shows up as Primary.

<Primary> is the term that GTK uses because although the modifier may be <ctrl> by default, it can be bound to other keys using keyboard mappings.

Actually, you can set a keybinding using Escape, you just can't use the automated entry method to do so, because Escape has a meaning there. However, you can manually edit the keybinding by selecting a row, clicking on its "Shortcut" column which enters its text edit mode, and manually entering your shortcut (like <Primary>Escape, <Shift>Escape, etc.).

I however strongly recommend against setting a keybinding to Escape without modifiers, because it would break any other use of it (like getting the focus back to the editor, etc.).
