#1005 Comment highlighting in CMake files

In CMake files, the syntax highlighting marks the next line as a comment if there are no characters after the hash symbol. It should not.

More details in the example script that can be used to reproduce the bug.

The bug was in 1.22 and persisted after upgrading to 1.23. Based on the changelog, I am guessing it is also present in 1.23.1.

OS: Ubuntu 13.04 with gnome-shell.

$ geany --version
geany 1.23 (built on Apr  7 2013 with GTK 2.24.17, GLib 2.36.0)

The 1.22 Geany was from the official repositories and the 1.23 from the geany-dev PPA.
