#86 Allow live update of filesystem changes or smartrefresh

When you refresh using the refresh button at the top of the pluggin, It refreshes everything and closes all nodes. A smart refresh would be very appreciated such as refresh only the selected node or at least remember the last path and try to reopen the tree at that location. Best strategy would be to simply support a live filesystem update so as soon as a change is done on the filesystem and the tree is currently opened at that location, you'd get updated instead of having to refresh.
