A normally complex latex document usually require more than one pdflatex compilation + various other utils (bibtex, ecc) in order to produce the correct and complete document. Currently geanylatex supports only one pdflatex. I suggest you to look at "rubber" (http://www.pps.jussieu.fr/~beffara/soft/rubber/) for a ready to use solution.

    Hi,

I don't think this is something which can be addressed from inside geanyLaTeX. Based on what I've understood from usage, you should once installed rubber, update the paths for tools inside Geany's set build commands dialogue (available through build). Nevertheless I think adding a hint into documentation would be a good idea but beside of this there is no action point I can see from geanyLaTeX point of view. In case of I'm wrong, please let me know.

It is not necessary to update the paths, rubber usually installs in /usr/bin (there is a package already in karmic official repos). You have to call rubber instead of pdflatex with a command like this
rubber --inplace --maxerr -1 --short --force --warn all --pdf "$filename"

OK. I think there should be one section on geanyLaTeX documentation. According to change some pathes, either inside geanyLaTeX (and doing some manipulation of the build path of Geany) or direct on Geany level I doubt it will be useful for most of ppl around as not all are using rubber or xindy or other tools which helps a lot dealing with indexes, bibtex and stuff on LaTeX.

If you like to provide a patch against latest version of documentation, I'd be happy. You can find the source code here: http://geany-plugins.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/geany-plugins/trunk/geanylatex/doc/geanylatex.tex?view=markup
