#24 perldoc output is not captured / can not switch focus

I've just tried to configure GeanyDoc to give me output of perldoc on windows.
Unfortunately I'm running into some problems while doing this. First problem is,
when GeanyDoc opens a perldoc output in a cmd.exe window, then you can not
switch back to Geany unless the cmd.exe window is closed. Working with having
documentation open is unfortunately not possible in this state.

Also, trying to work around this by checking "Put output to buffer" did not work,
the output of perldoc is put into the cmd.exe window every time.

I'm running a nightly build of Geany 0.19 here, I assume this also
includes the Geany-Plugins because the GeanyDoc version shown in
the plugin manager is 0.19 but Geany-Plugins 0.19 is not out yet.
