Hey cliper!
Are you on Windows? Which version?
Can you provide me with the java version? To find it out do:
Press WindowsKey + R, a run dialog should appear, type "cmd" and press enter.
A command prompt should appear. There, type "java -version"
Thx

I am in windows7, and double clicking on the batch file opens the CMD prompt. After a pause, a dialogue box should open offering you various options for searching drives, folders, minimum and max file sizes, etc. Incidentally, there is a tick box option to "Save Selected Files", but I don't think this works.
I've also drafted a Readme.txt file which I think could usefully be included in the download file.... so far as I can see, there is nothing within the existing ZIP to guide the novice as to what to do.
Philipg, nice readme.txt, thx a lot for that.
I currently have a lot of work, but i'll definitely put it on the dist.
As for the "misterious tick box", it's my bad... Chose the wrong words for what it does. That is, change the "selection mode" (Kind of multi-select on/off).
It's useful when u have this scenario: Did the search, some duplicates are found in A, B and C folders. U want to delete all files from A and B folder.
With 'multi-select' off, you'd: Go to on the left filter, right click on a file and choose select all Click remove duplicates Go to B folder on the left filter, right click on a file and choose select all Click remove duplicates
With 'multi-select' on, you can: Go to A folder on the left filter, right click on a file and choose select all Go to B folder on the left filter, right click on a file and choose select all
* Click remove duplicates
Did I explain myself?
