#10 Section removal behavior
When a section is removed, it should be re-affected
to another section (named archives for example)
prior to its complete removal.
Upon a section REAL remove, the user should be
able to re-affect the subsections another parent(s),
or to destroy all the subsections (except those
handled by a group).

Should it also handle the remove of entities that belongs
ONLY to this section ? Otherwise, the section is removed
from the site, but not its datas.
