GD RCS / News: Recent posts

The installation package has been updated - it now contains the pre-built libraries (ICU and wxWindows), so it works out-of-the-box.

GD RCS version 1.0 is now available for download.

Finally, release 1.0 is ready. Use "cvs co GD_RCS_1" to checkout the latest source. Information is included on how to compile and install GD-RCS on both UNIX and Windows. Windows setup program is ready and will be available for download shortly. Project documentation is available in Czech only - hopefully we'll translate the User's Guide to English in a reasonable time. The GUI is quite intuitive, though, so you should not have any problems...

We'll be releasing the first versions of GD-RCS within 6 days.

The modules of GD RCS are working fine; we also have a nice wxWindows GUI. The only thing that remains is the repository, which should be ready in a few weeks.

Well, after a year (slow) planning and doing nothing much, we're writing code at last.
I've done the library manager classes, Pavel has done some logging and some mutivolume-filesystem stuff.
