Oh, one other thing I meant to include was about the field  
"div_generation.icis_id" -- since every other field ending in "_id"  
is either a PK or FK, perhaps this field should be renamed to  
"icis_term" or something to preclude any assumption (esp. by an  
automated system) that this is a FK?
