[Gdcm2] Support for JPEG 2000

Hi,

I read here

that GDCM 3.0 does not support JPEG 2000 lossless 1.2.840.10008.1.2.4.90. But I don't seem to have any difficulty reading files with this transfer syntax using GDCM 2.8.8. Could you possibly provide any insight?
