#18 Reading VTKImageData From gdcm::DataSet

Now, we can get the gdcm::DataSet from the PACS server using CMove Query. But, with out storing that into file, we cant get the vtkImageData associated with that gdcm::DataSet. Need to provide the facility to get the vtkImageData from the gdcm::DataSet.
