Warning: In /build/gdcm-ot2Kab/gdcm-2.6.3/Source/MediaStorageAndFileFormat/gdcmBitmap.cxx, line 735, function bool gdcm::Bitmap::TryJPEG2000Codec(char*, bool&) const
Encapsulated stream has fewer bits actually stored on disk. correcting.
Warning: In /build/gdcm-ot2Kab/gdcm-2.6.3/Source/MediaStorageAndFileFormat/gdcmPixmapReader.cxx, line 1081, function bool gdcm::PixmapReader::ReadImageInternal(const gdcm::MediaStorage&, bool)
DataSet set LossyFlag to 0, while Codec made the stream lossy
python: /build/openjpeg2-JSn56b/openjpeg2-2.1.0/src/lib/openjp2/cio.c:553: opj_stream_get_number_byte_left: Assertion `p_stream->m_user_data_length >= (OPJ_UINT64)p_stream->m_byte_offset' failed.
