I have moved most of the files in CVS to a new directory:

The Java package convention is to use your domain backwards.  Since SourceForge provides http://gdbi.sourceforge.net/, it made sense to use package net.sourceforge.gdbi, where the files go under src/net/sourceforge/gdbi.

I finally spent the $15 to register gdbi.org so I can have a shorter package name.  http://gdbi.org/ just goes to SourceForge.

I also moved some subdirectories up.  editor/bk is now just bkedit, and report/ll is now jlifelines, where the code came from.  The original hierarchy left lots of room for various editors and report systems, but there is enough room at the top level to list them all.
