I've upgraded my linux box from mandrake 8.1 to Red Hat 9, and OSS too because my OSS version was 3.9.6 and it was not compatible with RH9. So now when I try to load a certain kind of wav file (diffrent frequency or something else) in the wavetable GDAM is crashing. Below the output of the GDAM server :

    Gtk-WARNING **: invalid cast from `GdamSubRawFile' to `GdasResample'

    ** WARNING **: couldn't buffer_read_one
    The server has died!

    I've nothing in the gdam.log and dispatch.log.

I think it's an oss problem cause there were no problem with my config before, but oss is not able for the moment to find to source of the error.

    Please can you help me.

I think this is due to a long-standing bug in GDAM, which suddenly started biting people.  It should be fixed in CVS.  If you try the latest CVS code and this problem persists, please let us know.
