I have a naive question about Gamma correction. If I want to adjust my app
to a specific monitor with Gamma = 2, then what should I do in my app? Is
it simply adjusting all color-related components in my app to the power of
1/2? (Say, e.g. adjust red component R = 0.81 to 0.81^(1/2) = 0.9?) What
components (material, light, vertex colors, etc.) should be affected
(adjusted)? I just want to get a basic idea of how Gamma correction is
normally applied in an app.
