I botched the patch I sent you last time. It had a lot of errors.
Here's a new one.
* When an advantage has multiple variations by *degree* rather than *kind*, I
changed the degrees into modifiers.
* Spelling corrections.
* Every skill requiring specializations now has a (@Specialty@) or equivalent
* Skills that are actually headings (eg. Crewman) deleted because you can't
really buy those skills in the game.
* Combined the two Research skills into one that has TL-based prereqs.
