#1 interface.c patch

Attached the patch for (src/interface.c) :
1. create a new task as "One Time Task". When it is
edited, In the Task Editor dialog , the "Task needs to
be done on these days" checkbuttons are enabled with
the "One Time Task" radio button being selected !!

2. The tooltip on the "Date" should be "MM/DD/YYYY"
instead of "MM/DD/YY"
