gChartman 0.1.1 has been released (yesterday). Since I had some
trouble with ssh, I could not update the website yet, so you need
to download it from the SourceForge project page. The website
will be updated ASAP. A freshmeat announcement will also follow.
New stuff:
- Bugfixes (much more stable).
- Added stock splitting feature (use toolbar button
in chart window).
- The `Channel' module is now activated. It was already
contained in the last release, but I had disabled it
because it was too buggy. It also has scaling issues.
- A desktop entry is now created in the `Applications'
branch of the Gnome menu. There's no icon yet.
- Added 2 new configure options: --disable-debug and
--enable-optimization
- A new script has been added (scripts/swgetstock).
It downloads data of german stocks (anything that has
a WKN) from www.stockwatch.de and creates an sql script
(see scripts/README).
