Good, there's lots of stuff that I wouldn't have thought about.

We should probably use different tables or even different databases for
stocks/futures/funds/options.
Right now I suppose that there will be only one table containing
all the actual quote data for all stocks/futures/etc...
Now all that would be needed are different create_quote_vector functions
supporting different tables and features.
