#1 K&R style compatibility

It would be really great if GC could support K&R style
(aka Stroupstrup's style). It almost does it now, but...

you can't set GC that it indents class (struct, enum,
namespace) like this:

class A : B {
...
};

Do you have a list of options you are currently using that
mimics K&R style? I've been putting my configuration file
together and would also like to mimic K&R for the most part.
