Right.  GIF burning in progress.  Looks like JPEG is joining the campaign. 
The new image management function is in gcdb.php with comments.  More comments
appear in ChangeLog.  The supporting table is now viewable in 'testing_for_v1.2'.
I'll be now going through and removing all the <img src lines in favor of this
new function.  You can at the flip of a database record or updating of an icon
change how your site looks.  You can even change the default 'images' directory
and create different icon sets.  Just a feature, if you use it, that is fine.
If not, ignore it.  We also dropped some DNS/Domain code in to the system. 
It is going to get pushed around a bit in the future.   Thanks to Shane Chrisp.
