Wish both of these could start from a given number or
letters that we designate. Also to give it more options
in the Ticket system so we can add more fields like
(i.e... Hold Customer, Hold ILEC, Hold Vendor, ETC..)

Customer number is there a way where we can specify what
number to start at? Instead of Customer # "1" like 1024 or
something. Also more options in the Status Field where we
could add our own Custom status field, like Hold Customer
things like that.

I agree - we need to be able to include 'our own' customer
numbers re other programs, systems we use - so keep the ID
field for the database but also include a proprietory field for
say a customer number/code that we can reference.
If possible make this a searchable item as well as the
standard defaulted customer ID number.

Yeah! I wish the customer/client can login with their
designate login information. Example: They can login by last,
first, or some other type instead of using number
(customerID). Also whenever customer/client submit a
support ticket, the tech/admin receive a notify e-mail of new
ticket submit by customer...
This is a really really good program. I love it! Thank you for
