I would like to see the ability to have one-time charges
applied to an account and billed with a note, or have a
special resource defined for that.
I would also like to be able to a have more detailed
invoice that indicated that they can use their ID# and X
password to check their account online.
Perhaps a more user focus format for e-mail invoices at
the same time.

Both will be done. A quantity field will be added to the
Enter Account form. If you enter an account that is of the
status Closed. It will auto-generate an invoice for billing
enabling the ability for a one-time purchase or charge.
Another field might have to be added or a separate form pop
up as to allow multiple one-time charges to be added to a
single invoice.
