[Gcc4cli-devel] SPEC2000: 254.gap is working

Hi,

  After doing some changes, 254.gap is working: it runs native, builds to CIL via cli-be, runs in MONO and builds into native again via cli-fe producing a correct binary.

  In order to run it, apply the patch, and use the last version of cli-be (remember to build and install libstd), binutils and cli-fe
