[Gcc4cli-devel] CLI front-end

FYI: I checked-in a few changes in the front-end. It could not process binaries 
generated with the Mono binutils.
The .init and .fini functions from libstd map to empty functions. Not sure it is 
ideal, but at least we can run some applications.
