gcc-coco-rsdos — For discussing RS-DOS development for gcc

I think I've figured out where my problems have come from when 
compiling Contiki... only the first 8 characters are relevant in 
determining the symbol name. As such, I consider the assembler/linker 
broken, and I will be filing a bug. I plan to fix it myself, 
eventually, but if someone wants to step in right now to fix it, that'd 
be great.
