Off subject posting. Do not reply as this needs to be reposted in a new TOPIC to the appropiate forum section

Me being naieve now. Showed icsp circuit. xpress board does chip fitted. Does it do all gcb supported if programing leads to fitted chip extended to off board chip?

If there's a pic inside then can't it be reprogrammed to program any gcb supported pic?
Is that silly idea?
