From the 16f15313.dat file:

[ConfigOps] FEXTOSC=LP,XT,HS,RESERVED,OFF,ECL,ECM,ECH RSTOSC=HFINT32,HFINTPLL,EXT4X,RESERVED,LFINT,HFINT1,EXT1X ;=RSTOSC_RESERVED

The ";=" seems incongruous?

  Looks like an error. I do not know the root cause but this is the same error within the following dat file.

Closed. New dat files created. The error was caused by an error in the source INC file. The automated tooling has a correction input file that was used to resolve the error.

The files attached will be release at the next release, but, they are in also in Sourceforge.
