Unfortunately I noticed that the new AVR's have their power supply pins in different locations, so they can no more be programmed with the "older" programmers. Does anybody know if there are piggyback adapters (assuming that the programming algorithm is still the same) ? I tried to build myself such an adapter with a piece of VeroBoard, but it seems that something went wrong, it didn't work : the processor (20 pins) was only recognized by AVRISP-U but could not be programmed successfully. I contacted Kanda, but without success, they didn't yet answer.
