Can I just unzip the greatcowbasic folder (in the hot_fix.zip) over my greatcowbasic folder to be current?

I did not have the other stuff before (pickit*, etc)? I have the older version running and just use a c.bat to compile for MLABASM and the /k:a switch. I run from the command line. Or does the pickit 2 allow debugging (I do have one)?

    Questions:

    1. Just checking. Are you using GCGB? If yes. Then, do not copy the Great Cow Graphical BASIC.EXE as this is pre-release version.
    2. Back-up your old folder, clean up the old folder and un-zip.
    3. Restore any files up required.

    4. Have a look at the GCB@SYN. It contains methods to compile and program your devices. This may or may not meet your needs and could (or could not) replace c.bat.

Note: If you have adapted an .h files these may have been updated to the latest version.
