An error occured - Exit code 9009

Hello everyone, the problem is with the programming of the chip, Win XP,GСB of the latest version, PICKIT 2 and program from the demo for PIC16F877A.
I took a screenshot of the error message.
I checked the chip and pickit2 on another computer ( GCB, Win 10) everything is OK
Any ideas why?

Please edit ini.bat and add an REM as follows.

to

REM ::@timeout 2 > nul

You will find ini.bat in the (your i nstall directory)\GCB@Syn\G+Stools directory.
