I have tested the LCD 8 bit mode working fine. But in 4 bit mode it is showing random char.

I have tried LCD_NO_RW and connected LCD RW to Gnd. It is working fine. LCD in 4 bit mode the LCD Busy read out might be the problem. (I have already had a look on your old posts in this farum.). Is this a Bug?...
