Normally would reccomend Randy at glitchbuster.com, because of low shipping and good prices, (you have to be patient on shipping), but he's out of caps. Maybe Sparkfun.com, but they don't sell the caps you will need. A real dilemma; without getting hammered on shipping, or minimum order fee, for such a small part.
Depending on your situation, a proto board like the Olimex Pic boards(can see at Sparkfun and elsewhere), might fit the bill.
