Not sure what to do here... Wife was happy since v .97, I get it. Now with all the new features and especially the PPS tool, wife is really pissed. I tried to tell her, you just don't understand, ever since the PPS tool was introduced, I can kick out code like never before, I rarely have to dig deep into the 400+ page data sheets just to set pins, but she's like..... nag nag nag... "you never had to set pins, they were always defined", she says, but... I'm like... "honey, it's not like I came up with this... it was all Microchip, and their crazy engineers, please try to understand, I love you, if not more since v.097", I didn't ask for the PPS tool, it was just there for the taking. I'm a man... what do you think is going to happen...

    The saga continues...

    Any ideas are welcome....

Well, what can I say. When you started using PPS enabled μC's did you not think to upgrade to Wife II?

Warning. We are about to release v0.98.02 with new user interface control, for programming, so best be preparing a wife strategy.

Evan, I'm already on wife 2.0

I'm just going to have to keep 0.98.02 under wraps, not even going to mention it... what she doesn't know, won't hurt her... or me.

Since my wife passed away I seem to have unfinished projects scattered in every room.

Digital crt clock > workbench garage,
    Laser cutting > shop,
Player piano > dining room table,
    Kitchen > Temperature controller,
    and so forth.

My problem is once I get a breadboard working I never finish and cleanup the project into a workable package..

You need to create one uber project from that lot.

I think a stage act on Britains Got Talent should be the way you present this - a Paino rising out of the stage with Laser lights cutting steel (with sparks), the Piano fitted atop a Kitchen cabinet with clocks everywhere - all to the music of my Grand Fathers Clock.

      Would get my vote.
