Hello everyone!
How do I configure GC studio to load the default GC code?
I have installed the latest version but it is the old SynWrite IDE that starts.
The PC is running Windows 7, is that the problem?
Thanks in advance.

Indeed, GC Studio is using SynWrite as default because the operating system is Win7, the current build of GC Code is not compatible with win7, I'm making a special build for win7 users but i still didn't have it ready. in the next months there will be a new update channel available so win 7 users can use GC code.

Hello Angel,
And thank you very much for your reply! That's what I thought, since VSCode is no longer maintained for Win7.
Thanks also for your work for the (reluctant) Win7 users who will never upgrade to Win10, let alone Win11. Thanks for them.
I've been working with Linux for a long time and I only use Windows for a few programs like GCBasic (in a virtual machine), so I was asking myself the question: why wouldn't it be possible to have a GCcode version on Linux? Freebasic, GCBasic and VSCode are already running natively on linux, maybe a simple VSCode (or VSCodium) configuration script could do the trick ?
Sincerely yours .
