Sourceforge is changing everyone to the phb forum format in the next few months, and the old forum will be a a thing of the past. In their survey code tags, and easily seen forum search were at the top of the my list, hopefully we will get much more?

Does the new forum include the ability to have stickys, attach files and search that really works?
I have put a guide to configuring GCBasic/Textpad/MPLAB that if people are interested could be posted as a sticky. Seems getting up and running is quite a common question on here, even more so with Vista and GC Basic installing into Program Files, with this guide, that's not a problem.

As this is a compiler forum and posting code is usual, why not enabling the php forum hosted APP that sourceforge offer?
Php forums have more features and a better presence.
