The development team has published another release that further enhances the Great Cow Basic compiler capabilities.

**What has changed in v.0.95.010 since the previous release? A lot! I would recommend this as a mandated update for everyone.
    **

    • Reversion of the ADC code for backwards compatibilty however we added more commands to make ADC more powerful and easier.
    • Further support for the Xpress Evaluation board including a host of demonstrations for the Xpress Evaluation board.
    • Improved support for the 16F18326 family of chips including I2C and PWM
    • Completed release of the SH1106 GLCD driver
    • Even more demos.
    • The compiler has been enhanced to formally support #option explicit
    • Improved support for bootloaders and a new GCB specific release of TinyBootloader+
    • New CPP/PWM channel 5 support

Check of the Release List.txt file for the full list of changes and review the list of known issues (this is a PDF file).

    Enjoy the release.

    **Please note **

You cannot, and should not, selectively use files from the v0.95.010 release with any other version of Great Cow BASIC before v0.95.007.

Some of the critical files are dependent on other files being at the same release level. An example: The compiler v0.95.010 requires a system.h from the v0.95.007 (or, greater) to support 18f string handling.

So, please keep the release consistent in terms of the build.

If you are adapting the build for your own needs then there are lots of methods to keep the build consistent and enable you to customise – there postings in the forum on how to accomplish this.
