Hi, I tried to flash a linux gcb generated hex file to a uno with usb lead as in windows gcb.

    avrdude -v -p atmega328p -c arduino -P /dev/ttyUSB0 -b 57600 -D -U flash:w:/home/stan/avrdude/pong27.hex:i

Typeing avrdude in terminal gives screen image
Why is it so darn difficult to use gcb with linux?

I recently got exrta 4Gig of ram and win 10 runs much faster. Linux mint runs the same as before...it was quite fast anyway.
I bought a second hand 2gig radeon 6450 grapghics card from ebay..came with installation disk and works in win 10.
In linux mint I ended up using ppa and copied pasted stuff.
Is it working in linux mint? I'll switch back to mint to reply.
    Loads of fun this.
