In your browser select the little radar icon in a posting or the little message when in a specific forum. This will subscribe to the posting or forum respectively.
I have setup my subscription to the forums.... I get all the postings.... 😃

What I see is a radar icon and a tag icon. When I click on the radar icon, I get a page that says Google Reader has been discontinued. When I click on the tag icon, I get a page to name a tag...whatever that is.

For me. If I look at the root of a specific forum I get an envelope. Select the envelope to subscribe. You will have to do this for each forum.
