Release Candidate 43 - got the version number correct this time!

Again, this release candidate is NOT a normal few tweaks or changes.

This has a two major changes

1. New For-Next-Step support.
2. New Table with String support

The previous release introduced PIC-AS support. So, these are major changes that lay the foundations for the future.
