I have observed that after updating to the latest version of gcbasic the editor does not present the "_" symbol when you write the program. Why? How can I go back to the previous version of the editor?

Odd - editor has not changed.

Can you post a picture of the issue?

        Just checked.

And, none of the editor config files have changed.

I don't use SynWrite (the GCB IDE) but have seen this in Geany.

In Geany, certain types of font, font sizes, widths and colours can very often cause the underscore to be virtually invisible. Worth trying changing the font and a few sizes in the editor to see if it re-appears?

en windows 10 me funciona pero en windows 7 no. y sinceramente no se que cambios puedo tener, he cambiado el tipode letra y sigue igual. El caracter "_" no aparece . . Antes de la ultima actualización funcionaba correctamente in windows 7

In windows 10 it works for me but in windows 7 it does not. and honestly I don't know what changes I can have, I have changed the font and it remains the same. The character "_" does not appear. . Before the last update it worked correctly in windows 7

So, it works on Windows 10. odd.

    See https://sourceforge.net/p/gcbasic/discussion/579125/thread/aa6b7f10/ an old thread.

si escribo en el programa este símbolo, lo interpreta porque yo he declarado variables que lo usan
y el compilador no da error, cuando imprimo el programa también aparece pero no lo veo en el editor. Es raro .

How did you resolve? exactly. Others may have the same issue.

    William Roth dice:

I resolved this problem by simply changing the "Line Spacing" from 1 to 2.

Options > Customize > Viiew Setting > Line Spacing
