Hello, I boought some of the tiny ATMEGA32U4 boards with PCBA USB tongue (waiting to receive them). Looks like it should plug directly into the USB port. The question I have:

1). The MCU has a bootloader. Does that create problems when using GCB?
2). Any special configuration to get this to work? Currently I have an UNO standard board working with GCB, just wonder if it is as easy as plugging it in and it works.

    Best Regards,
    Nick

Interesting, there's a few different bootloaders it seems.
Would gcb programmer preference be Arduino Leonardo/Robot for this if it used leonardo bootloader?
What about teensy or A-Star 32U4 Bootloader, based on the Caterina bootloader, which is the bootloader used on the Arduino Leonardo?
The difference is the rst line and what it makes the bootoader do amongst other differences.
    edit- I just ordered a board £3.20 uk suppie. I suppose it's like a uno/nano?

These may be supported already. They look like copies of the DigiStump USB development board. Look in the C:\GCB@Syn\Micronucleus folder for software and reference URLs.

Time will tell if they are clones.
