The forum for Great Cow Basic has a querk that showed up last month. As i am writing the vertical line cursor is at the end of the line but if I arrow back to correct a mistake or Mouse to somewhere and click then the cursor is invisible. So I put in a space to see where I am and then take it back out. It is a nusance.

Does any one else have this problem?

Both of the PC's I operate on are windows 7 and it does it on both.

I think gcb ide gets cursor and mouse mixed. It seems to do stttuff like dele

above is typical....in gcb ide this can erase a whole file and has..
    ...but gcb is free

edit ...anobium wants crash reports....the ide can crash but how to reproduce just using it as a text editor.

keyboard and mouse cursors out of sync...??

No, No you missed it Stan.
Not in the IDE but on the forum when making posts .

There are not two cursors, there is "the" cursor and it just disappeared when I went back and put quotes around the.

The cursor is only showing at the end of the line , not back in the line when editing something.

I played around with this and found the problem. It works OK on google chrome browser but it has that cursor problem on the "viasat" browser.

I have satellite internet through Viasat and they are trying to get people to use the "viasat brower" because it has some speed and download advantages. It looks and feels just like the google browser but!

Sorry to waste space on the forum!

Now I know to use chrome.
