An information:
I need to install an updated version of GCB on a new computer.
I would like to know if there is a complete installation file of the latest updates and patches.

I wrote this post because recently several patches have been released concerning both the compiler and the .dat files.
If I download the "latest version" installer, the compiler has a release date of 2021/07/24, earlier than the last one released with the patch.
So, to get the full updated functionality, should I download the installation file and any patches after that date?
Wouldn't it be more convenient to create a new installation file complete with everything?

I may do a December 2021 update to merge the two items. But, the outcome will be the same from a user perspective.
I am waiting for the formal release of Microchip PIC-AS compiler as this will require some fixes in the compiler - been waiting since August 21... so, no rushing by them.

I didn't update to the latest version https://sourceforge.net/p/gcbasic/discussion/579125/thread/15f6bfbc68/
There's been rc versions then patches. If it works don't break it.
To be clear.
install the installer for you OS. Then, apply the Patch Zip. So, two steps.
Thanks
